As this month is coming to a close I want to remind you of a few things.
Earlier this month I deemed November to be a month of ɪɴᴛᴇɴᴛɪᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ as I shared the following,
🍁 Make smiling frequently a new norm.
🔸Be kind on purpose - it doesn’t cost a thing.
🍁 Love on your family members often, show them what that looks like in word and deed.
🔸 Make plans to do something you’ve never done before. Invite someone to join you or do it alone.
🍁 Take note of the things that bring you joy you……keep that on repeat.
🔸And last but not least surround yourself with people who value healthy relationships and are willing to put the work in to maintain them.
